All inspections are performed at a minimum to the Standards of Practice set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).

In some areas, when I determine the need, these minimums are exceeded with the use of specialized tools and or techniques, when and where appropriate. At no time will I use specialized tools or techniques without proper training and certification in the use of those tools or techniques.
